General Information Where can I pick up a catalog? Catalogs are available at the Information Centers located in the back of the EpiCentre and at the Information Center located in main office area at Calvary Chapel Worship Center (CCWC). Where do I get a schedule of classes? Printed copies of the schedule are available at the Information Centers in the EpiCentre, copies are also available at the main office of CCWC and online at spectrumcollege.org How do I change my program? You will need to speak with Huguette LeFebvre or Pastor Joe Scott and complete a program declaration form. How do I change my schedule? You will need to speak with Huguette LeFebvre or Pastor Joe Scott and complete an Add/Drop Form. Orientation What is orientation? Orientation is a time for all students to get acquainted with Spectrum School of Ministry. It is a time to find out policies and requirements for students. Important information regarding classes and instructors is shared at orientation. Class schedules are distributed during orientation. Students have an opportunity to meet their instructors. It is a great opportunity to ask questions and get ready for the upcoming semester. Do I have to attend orientation? Orientation is required for all students. How do I know when orientation is scheduled? Call the Spectrum Office for information, check out the website or stop by the Spectrum School of Ministry Bulletin Board on the East Side Epicentre hallway. Registration How do I register for classes? Fill out an Application for Admissions form and a Course Selection Form. Turn both forms into the Registrar’s Office to complete registration. Is there a deadline for dropping or adding a class? Last day to ADD/DROP a class is August 22 Is there a charge for dropping or adding a class? If a student would like to ADD a class to their schedule then the cost of tuition is required prior to attending class. If a student would like to DROP a class from their schedule then there is no additional cost for doing so. Depending on when the student DROPS their class will determine if they are entitled to a pro-rated discount. Is there “late registration?
